- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau and statistical tools (SPSS, R, Stata) is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Internship or experience in consulting, research, or public sector projects
- Exposure to government schemes or development sector initiatives
