1. Project Manager
- Master of Planning (Town Planner/City/Urban Planning) with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project conceptualization and preparation of architectural plans.
- - Proven experience as Team Leader/Project Manager in project management, preferably in Urban Infrastructure consultancy or smart city PMU projects.
- Ability to handle multi-stakeholder programs, report to senior officials, and manage a team is essential.
- B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of total work experience related to design, estimation, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects.
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields from a recognized University/Institution.
- Graduate in Engineering/Planning/Commerce/Business Administration/Economics with at least 6 years of experience.
- Experience in procurement activities in the Government Sector/PSUs, including preparation of bid documents, bid process management, evaluation of bids, and award of contracts.
- Master’s in architecture/M. Plan.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project conceptualization and preparation of architectural plans.
