- B.E (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) with MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree in Project Planning / Construction Management from reputed University
- At least 7 to 10 years of total experience out of which at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of "Housing/ Real Estate" Project Management projects as a Team Leader in a reputed organization.
