- Integrated land-use planning, master/CDP inputs, spatial layouts

- Design temporary infrastructure/overlay layouts; ensure safety and compliance

- Manage bid processes, RFPs, evaluations and compliance with state rules

- Contract administration, change management, claims, and DLP tracking

- Structure PPPs, financial models, VGF/CSR, and transaction advisory
