Application Instructions - Notification:

  1. Program Manager (Planning, Implementation & SPV Coordination)

  • Education: MBA/PGDM 
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience and experience in leading overall programme planning, cluster-based selection of ITIs

2. Senior Consultant (Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Systems)
  • Education: MBA/PGDM
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in establishing baselines and KPIs, developing monitoring frameworks, lead data validation and reporting cycles to State and National PMUs
3. Consultant (Financial & Procurement Management) 
  • Education: CA/ MBA/PGDM in Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in annual financial planning, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and audit compliance
4. Consultant (Capacity Building, Knowledge Management & Change Management) 
  • Education: MBA/PGDM
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programmes for ITIs, documenting best practices, organize workshops and learning sessions
