Procurement & Contract Management Expert
- Graduate in Engineering or Chartered Accountant or MBA (finance/operations/supply chain management)
- Minimum 5 complete years of experience in Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-consulting services and Consulting services with Knowledge and experience of procurement rules and procedures of Government of India, and experience of procurement in the World Bank funded
- Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, developing terms of reference for procurements, and managing procurement processes.
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ M. Com /, or MBA in Finance
- Overall, 7 years’ experience and minimum of 5 years in handling financial management, including budgeting, auditing, project appraisal from financial risk perspective, and project financial performance management and financial reporting for large-scale public sector projects, including those funded by International / Multilateral Organizations such as the UN, World Bank, WHO, ADB, etc.
- Must have experience working with Public Finance Management systems for Central / State Governments.
