Title - Senior Urban Planner
Location: Karnataka
Application Instructions - Notification:
- Master’s degree in planning / Infrastructure Management / Project Management / Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including:
- At least 4 years in infrastructure planning/project development (Master Plans, DPRs, Feasibility Studies), preferably in the tourism / infrastructure sector
- Experience working on tourism projects with Central/State Government/ PSUs
- Exposure to procurement and bid process management for government/ PSU clients (Desirable)
- Familiarity with coastal planning and CRZ regulations (Desirable)
- Full-time role | 2-year contract
