𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿
- MBA/PGDM or PG in Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, etc.
- 10+ years in project management in education/skill development
- 7+ years in TVET/Skill Development
- Strong experience in governance, multi‑stakeholder government programs, e‑Governance, and drafting policies/SOPs
- Experience with government departments preferred
- PG in Management, Development, Economics, Statistics, Labour Economics, IT, etc.
- 9+ years in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
- Expertise in KPI‑driven assessments and data analytics
- Experience designing IT‑based MIS systems
- Experience with national‑level PMUs preferred
𝟯. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁
- CA / PG in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration
- 5+ years in budgeting, expenditure tracking, audit coordination
- Experience in procurement planning, RFP drafting, bid evaluation
- Knowledge of GFR, State Rules, CVC guidelines, e‑procurement & GeM
𝟰. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁
- PG in Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education/Training, Communication/Media, HR/OD
- 5+ years in capacity building & training
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication & knowledge documentation.
- Exposure to grievance‑redressal & change‑management in government/development programs.
