- Master's in civil / mechanical / environmental engineering
- 5–10 years in water sector (Government experience preferred)
3- Urban Infrastructure Specialist
- Master’s in engineering / planning / construction management
- 5–10 years in urban planning & infrastructure projects
4-Finance Expert – PPP
- Master’s in business administration / Infrastructure Management
- Experience in budgeting, fund flow management, dashboards, grant management & financial reporting
5-Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
- Masters in Statistics / Economics / Public Policy / Development Studies / Engineering or related field
- Experience in KPIs, dashboards, performance tracking & evaluation
6-IT & MIS Specialist
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science / IT / Computer Applications
- Experience in MIS development, dashboards, data validation & project tracking systems
