Location: As per project allocation in any block of Bihar
Application Instructions - Notification:
- Graduates with experience in rural development/Social mobilization.
- Minimum 3 years of grassroots field experience in rural Bihar.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and local dialects.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned blocks & additional blocks as per need.
- Commitment to working with ultra-poor and marginalized communities.
- Good documentation & reporting skills.
