- a strong background in economics, public policy, management, or related fields (Post Graduate degree/diploma from reputed national/international institutes preferred) with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- 4-8 years of overall professional experience, preferably in government, bilateral, or multilateral agency-supported projects
- Experience in managing/implementing development projects, preferably in the MSME or industrial promotion domain
