1. Team Lead
- Experience: 10+ years
- Minimum 5+ years in government consulting / policy advisory / large-scale reform programs
- Experience in KPI-driven governance systems, digital governance, or performance monitoring frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management with government departments and leadership teams
2. Governance Reforms Specialist
- Experience: 5+ years
- Exposure to governance reforms, public administration, or service delivery systems
- Experience in institutional strengthening, policy implementation, or administrative processes
- Understanding of government workflows and compliance frameworks
3. Monitoring Specialist
- Experience: 5+ years
- Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), KPI frameworks, or results-based management
- Strong analytical skills in performance tracking, data interpretation, and reporting
- Exposure to government performance analytics or dashboard-based monitoring systems
4. Data Analyst
- Experience: 3+ years
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboards, and data validation
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience in handling large datasets and generating insights for decision-making
