- MBA (mandatory)
- Experience in management consulting, strategy roles, proposal development within large consulting firms.
- Strong skills in pitch decks, proposal writing, and solution structuring
- Exposure to government / public sector consulting is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks, certifications, and quality/process standards is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
