𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 / 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫- Postgraduate in Finance / Management / Planning / CFA / CA or equivalent
- 12+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in infrastructure finance / PPP transaction advisory
- At least 5 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐏𝐏 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 in the urban/infrastructure sector
- Postgraduate in Finance / Management / CFA / CA or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in financial modelling, project appraisal, and PPP structuring for infrastructure projects
- Exposure to public-sector and government advisory assignments is desirable
- Postgraduate in Planning / Civil Engineering / Public Policy / PGP – Project Engineering & Management
- 7+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in urban sector projects
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA
- 5+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in advanced financial modelling for infrastructure projects
- Expertise in DCF analysis, sensitivity analysis, and lender-compliant financial models
