𝟏. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐮𝐦-𝐏𝐏𝐏 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭
- Experience: 10 – 15 years
- Qualification: MBA / Master’s in Planning or equivalent
- Experience working in a PMU supporting PPP ecosystem enhancements
- Led/assisted transaction advisory for at least 4 PPP infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting central/state governments in PPP workshops and investor outreach
🔹 𝟐. 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭
- Experience: 6 – 10 years
- Qualification: M.Tech (Civil) in Infrastructure / Construction Management / Planning or equivalent
- Experience in at least 3 strategic assessments / DPRs / feasibility studies / master plans
- Strong understanding of infrastructure project planning and execution
🔹 𝟑. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭
- Experience: 6 – 10 years
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent (LLB/LLM optional)
- Expertise in financial feasibility analysis for PPP projects
- Experience in transaction advisory for at least 3 infrastructure projects
