- Postgraduation (MBA / M.Tech.) with graduation in Civil Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Public Policy, Architecture, or related disciplines from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutions
- 8–10 years’ experience in 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 / 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲

- Experience 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬, 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 & 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
