- Master’s Degree in Finance / MBA (or equivalent) / CA with min. 8 years of relevant experience in financial feasibility studies for housing, infrastructure, real estate, tourism.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, project feasibility analysis, investment appraisal, and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to evaluate project viability, funding structures, risk analysis, and financial sustainability.
- Government experience is mandatory
