- Team Leader – PG/Diploma/Master's in Engineering, Business Administration (Finance/Marketing), or Urban Planning | 10+ years' experience | Prior experience with Govt (Centre/State/ULB) in India required
- Urban Planner cum GIS Expert – PG/Diploma/Master's in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Management | 6+ years' experience | Govt (Centre/State/ULB) experience required
- Economic Development Expert – Master's in Economics/Marketing/MBA/PGDBM/Planning/CA or equivalent | 6+ years' experience | Govt (Centre/State/ULB) experience required
- Project Management Expert – PG/Diploma/Master's in Engineering, Planning, Management, Public Policy or equivalent | 5+ years' experience | Experience in project monitoring/management preferred
- Finance Expert – PG/MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA or equivalent | 6+ years' experience | Experience managing Govt/PSU finance required
- Procurement & Contract Management Expert – Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, MBA/PGDBM or equivalent | 6+ years' experience | Procurement experience with Govt (Centre/State/ULB) required
- MIS Analyst – Land Acquisition & Regulatory – Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Planning, Law, Geography, Management or equivalent | 3+ years' relevant experience | Govt/land-related project experience preferred
- MIS Analyst – IT/Automation – MCA/B-Tech in CS/IT or similar | 3+ years' experience | Must have worked on Govt/PSU projects
