Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Assistant Manager with weekly updates on various projects;
- Leading Pond Rejuvenation vertical;
- Facilitating meetings with all stakeholders and officers to discuss project objectives, needs and budget.
- Preparing estimates and detailed bill of quantities of Pond rejuvenation and rainwater harvesting projects.
- Should have a good knowledge of Preparing a Tender/EoI and RFP document.
- Project Design, Coordination, Review and Ground Implementation of works.
- Coordinating with construction professionals and stakeholders to discuss the feasibility of designs and implementing agencies on day to day basis
- Supporting, evaluating and monitoring for the compliance of rules and regulations stated by the Central, State and District Authorities.
- Working with computer-aided design software to create blueprints and images.
- Ensuring timely delivery, active participation and communication
Educational requirements:
- a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master's Degree in (Environmental/ Structural/Hydraulics and Water Resource Engineering) from a reputed college, with not less than 70% marks
- Eligibility criteria can be relaxed if the applicant has some prior experience in the field
Experience requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience with masters and 5 years of work experience without masters
Desired Skills:
- Good working knowledge of environmental and urban development project
- Preference shall be given to the one with a better understanding of wastewater treatment plants (Understanding or prior work experience in the water sector)
- Proficiency at Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Decent knowledge of Govt. working procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Reading, writing and speaking knowledge of Hindi and English languages
- Most importantly having a strong passion to work for the cause
- Experience in water conservation will be preferred
