Project Coordinator

Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 /-(CTO) per month as per the qualifications and experience
Description: SEEDS is looking for Project Coordinator, who has efficiency in operations, managing resources and team members for a project in west Bengal under AMPHAN Cyclone response
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work closely with all relevant partners, including government departments.
- Coordinate and liaison with state and district authorities
- Develop work plan and monitor progress of the deliverables
- Process management against outcome and indicators
- Ensure proper management of funds
- Tracking of Activity Expenses and reporting on any major variations
- Supervise the work of all staff and consultants, partner’s staff engaged in the project
- Management of day to day project activities with timely inputs to the field team
- Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as per guidelines
- Ensure accountability towards all stake holders
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as required for the project.
- Coordination with Head Office of SEEDS in Delhi.
- Participate in TAM 1, TAM 2 and TAM 3 meetings
Educational requirements:
- Master’s in social work or any equivalent degree in social science/humanities
- PG/diploma/certificate courses in Project management or/and Disaster management
Experience requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Developmental Organization
Desired Skills:
- Experience in managing construction work for transitional shelters, school’s refurbishment and hospital refurbishment
- Experience in conducting DRR, WaSH session and in capacity building of community
- Project management
