Responsibilities:
- He / She should be responsible for the support of other involved managers of the project to meet project goals and objectives.
- He / She is expected to plan, organize, and supervise the work of the smart city to ensure all work in performed within the parameters of the project schedule.
- He / She should update and liaise with the Project Management and engineering team constantly about changes made in the field to ensure timely processing of contract change orders.
- He / She should have complete knowledge of drawings, specifications, general contracts and time schedule.
- He / She should coordinate with local authorities and third parties related to all necessary smart city requirements for the project.
- Field responsibilities include labour relations and local procurement, etc.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Urban Planning / Project Management or equivalent.
- Candidates must possess work experience of 10 – 15 years in project management, urban planning, implementation of infrastructure projects, project financing, etc.
- Candidates with work experience in government, semi-government, large corporates and multi-lateral agencies are preferred.
- The candidate should possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
