Description: 
    Sustainability Research Analysis
    • Conduct Life Cycle Analysis to assess the environmental impact of rePurpose Plastic Credit projects & develop reports to communicate key impact metrics to stakeholders.
    • Undertake internal and external research-driven initiatives across sustainability domains - developing footprint measurement and reduction tools & curating recommendations for plastic reduction
    Circular Economy Partner Sourcing and Evaluation
    • Research global waste management landscape and provide recommendations to the Impact team to source and onboard the right projects onto the rePurpose Plastic Credit Platform
    • Conduct impact and commercial analyses on waste management projects globally
    Key Stakeholder Management
    • Support in operations pertaining to rePurpose Global’s circular economy and sustainability research and analysis
    • Initiate global stakeholder partnerships to develop sustainability thought-leadership
    Requirements:
    • Distinctly passionate about environmental sustainability and socioeconomic development
    • A Master's degree, ideally in Environmental Sciences or sustainability-related disciplines is highly preferred
    • Understanding of sustainability (challenges and solutions within the plastics value chain) with skillsets in sustainability research and analysis
    • Knowledge of key sustainability tools within domains of Life Cycle Assessment, GHG emissions tracking, credit markets, and sustainability reporting
    • Availability for full-time roles highly preferred (50 hours/week)
    • Have a knack for devising targeted solutions to ambiguous, open-ended problems, preferably with proven experience in translating sustainability research into action
    • Adapt well to the fast-paced dynamic nature of a startup environment, with specific acumens such as rapid prototyping, resourcefulness and creative problem solving
