Responsibilities:
- Generating Development Plan/ Planning Proposals under MR &TP Act 1966
- Study CRZ, environment Regulations for incorporation
- Prepare Plans, Draft DCRs, Reports under Act
- Process suggestions/ objections
- Prepare revised Planning Proposals
- Preparation of Urban Design Guidelines,
- Policy formulation
- Detailing project+ site feasibility.
- Detailed land use calculations/ project reports.
- Process Development Permission as per DCRs, NBC, IS Codes, Govt circulars
- Prepare scrutiny forms, SOPs, check lists
- Visit offices- CIDCO, MMRDA, PWD, MJP, MIDC, UD
- 5-7 yrs after PG Qualification: B.Arch + PG in Urban Planning
