Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards quality outputs and project delivery and management - Maintain high standards of quality in project outputs
- Handhold and support the process of preparation of Urban Design DPRs
- Well versed with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD formats
- Take ownership of project goals, milestones and content and delivery of the same according to client satisfaction/expectations and internal and contract requirements.
- Provide regular updates and timely information to Rajyash Staff on progress on projects and assignments
- Experience in developing project reports and documents, technical drawings, maps, PPTs along with monitoring of activities and milestones
- Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution
- Coordination with Principal Architect firm for project deliverables
- Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact in line with Architectural trend and advancement.
- Coordination with 3d team for development building aesthetics
- Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high quality details drawings for Schematic and working drawing stage
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Coordination with Municipal/Liaison Consultant to achieve the required design deliverables in line with site requirement
- University degree in Urban Design/ Architecture from a recognized institute
- fluent English skills with an ability to speak and write
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Real Estate Architecture/urban design, project formulation and implementation.
- Proper Knowledge of Real Estate related projects, municipal laws and development planning laws. Basic knowledge green building and sustainable development
- Good knowledge of the Real Estate development, experience in project coordination activities and in the field of development cooperation.
- Aligning work style with established work culture and leadership team.
- High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem solving attitude.
