Description:
An Implementation Associate is responsible for creating CMYCs in various communities. The person should be a strong community builder, who can listen, adapt and co-create the CMYCs with the community.
We are looking for a native resident of Garo Hills with in-depth knowledge of the
Qualification:
Create plans for the execution of new CMYCs
Relocate to the CMYC location
Liaise with the local representative for co-planning the process
Ensure all CMYC logistics are taken care of - materials purchased, internet-connected, physical space procured, furniture ready
Conduct outreach with the community to both understand their needs and to share about the CMYC and how they can benefit from it
Invite and engage the community to the new CMYC Run the induction program at the Nook
Train the local person as the CMYC Fellow
Create processes for democratic decision-making and daily working of the CMYC together with the learners
Enable data collection and reporting mechanisms
Identify gaps, course correct and design new or alter existing processes, customized for their clusters
Conduct regular quality assurance checks and ensure that the project is progressing as per the plan
Connect Fellows with the Nook forum
Enable consistent regular communications with the Fellows and Program Team
Can do basic community research and needs assessment
Able to design programs, activities, workshops, sessions
Able to build projects with basic technology
Can organize a community together for a common purpose
Can communicate clearly in verbal, and written ways Language
Able to connect quickly with strangers in a new community
Can easily make conversations and explain concepts to people
Can creatively think of new ideas and solutions and is quick on her feet
Understands challenges that communities face, and can empathize
Enjoys challenges, has an entrepreneurial mindset and likes problem solving.
Not deterred by discomfort, and willing to live within communities with the same constraints as common people
