Qualification:
Should have a minimum of Postgraduate in Agricultural Sciences/ Agribusiness /Management/Rural Development/MSW/Social Sciences or any relevant degree from a premier institute. Or Graduate/ Masters degree in the field of health/ public health/ health & nutrition/ health management
Should have experience of working with State and district level govt. clients.
At least 5 years of post-qualification and relevant work experience is required for graduate degree holders and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for post graduate degree/ diploma holders.
Should have knowledge about key govt. policies related to livelihood , skill or health related themes of the development sectors and knowledge of ongoing programmes and schemes.
Relevant work experience in Project Management/implementation of skill development and livelihood projects/Socio-economic condition study/Participatory Planning & Need Assessment, Policy Advocacy, working experience in PMU, etc.
Should have the ability to identify the needs of the community through the challenges faced by the community and develop corresponding project proposals for the same in the areas of livelihood, skills and health.
Computational proficiency in MS office is a mandatory requirement for the position.
