1️⃣ Team Leader – Skills & TVET
- Post-graduate degree (mandatory)
- 15+ years’ experience supporting State/Central Governments in Skills & TVET
- Experience with bilateral/multilateral projects is a plus
- Strong leadership, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Lead large teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution
2️⃣ Skill Development Expert
- Post Graduate/Master’s in economics, Management, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in training, assessments, and placements at Central/State level
- Responsibilities include monitoring training activities, improving assessment processes, developing courses, and ensuring collaboration & convergence with other government schemes
3️⃣ Consultant – Monitoring & Evaluation
- Graduation in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 2+ years’ experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting
- Responsibilities include content development, monitoring training activities, gathering course demand data, and analyzing scheme performance
