Title - MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Location: Delhi / NCR
Application Instructions - Notification:
Position 1: Senior Consultant ( Urban Planning)
- Master’s in Urban Planning with Bachelor’s in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- 5–7 year of experience in city-level assignments such as master plans, area-based planning, urban design, regeneration, feasibility or climate-related studies.
- Exposure to Urban PMUs / Government programmes (AMRUT, SBM, Smart Cities, PMAY or similar) desirable
- Strong experience in GIS- and data-led analysis
- Ability to review technical drawings / DPRs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Position 2: Consultant (Urban Planning)
- Master’s in Urban Planning with Bachelor’s in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in city plans, strategies, feasibility studies, area-based development or TOD-related assignments
- Exposure to Urban PMUs / Government programmes desirable
- Skills in data compilation, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of presentations / working notes
- Strong expertise in GIS desired.
Position 3: Senior Consultant ( PPP)
- Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Infrastructure Management / Public Policy / Management/Finance.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance or PPP transaction advisory.
- Experience in financial modelling, financial appraisal, and PPP /project structuring across multiple infrastructure or urban projects.
- Exposure to PPP transactions, project finance, or capital mobilisation, including end-to-end advisory.
- Experience supporting PPP projects with grant or public funding, including DPR, appraisal, or transaction stages.
