Title - MULTIPLE POSITIONS 

Location:   Delhi

Application Instructions - Notification:  

1. Project Manager (6–10 years) 
  •  End-to-end program delivery ownership
  •  Managing cross-functional teams (tech, policy, SI, govt stakeholders)
  •  Experience in governance, risk management, and milestone tracking
  •  Exposure to public sector procurement cycles / PMU environments preferred
  •  Strong execution rigor with stakeholder management
2. Solution Architect (6–12 years)
  • Designing future-ready digital platforms at scale
  •  Architecting large, distributed systems using new-age enterprise architecture principles
  •  Strong experience in cloud-native, API-first ecosystems
  •  Exposure across cloud, data platforms, integrations, and security
  •  Designing for scalability, interoperability, and compliance
  • Ability to translate policy and functional requirements into robust architectures
3. Domain Expert – Government & Policy (6-12 years)
  • Bridging policy intent with digital execution
  • Strong understanding of schemes, regulations, and policy frameworks
  • Exposure to DPDP, privacy, and governance frameworks
  • Experience working with ministries / departments preferred
4. Business Analyst (3–6 years)
  • Where clarity meets execution
  • Requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation (BRD/FRD/FSD)
  • Process mapping, gap analysis, and use case detailing
  • Strong coordination with tech teams and UAT support
5. IT Consultant – General (3–8 years)
  • Core consulting across the lifecycle
  • DPRs, feasibility studies, RFP drafting, bid management
  • Strong documentation and advisory deliverables
  • Understanding of public procurement and governance models
6. IT Consultant – AgriTech (8+ years) 
  • Driving digital agriculture transformation
  • Experience with farmer platforms, subsidy schemes, agri value chains
  • Exposure to MoAFW / state agri departments / agri startups preferred
  • Focus on scale, inclusion, and rural adoption
7. IT Consultant – Fisheries (8+ years) 
  • Enabling digital governance in fisheries
  •  Experience with fisher registries, vessel tracking, subsidy ecosystems
  • Exposure to fisheries / aquaculture / coastal governance preferred
🔹 What We Look For
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured documentation
  • Experience with DPRs, feasibility studies, and RFP processes
  • Ability to navigate government stakeholders and complex ecosystems
  • Strong communication and storytelling (PPT + writing)
  • Understanding of public procurement frameworks
  • Qualification: B.Tech (preferred IT/CS) + MBA
