- 9–10 years of experience in Training, 𝐈𝐄𝐂, 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞
- Strong experience in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, BCC design and implementation, and impact assessment of 𝐈𝐄𝐂/𝐁𝐂𝐂 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
- Demonstrated expertise in 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡
