- Postgraduate degree in Geology or a related field
- 15+ years of experience
- Experience in handling at least 2 Master Planning Projects.
- Postgraduate degree in Hydrology / Water Resource Management
- 15+ years of experience
- Experience in at least 2 Master Planning / Water Resource Management Projects.
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Survey Design & Management
- Sampling Methodology
- Quantitative Data Processing
- Urban & Spatial Analysis
- Strong proficiency in English
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence
- Experience in financing large infrastructure projects
- Must have worked on at least 2 completed infrastructure projects as a PPP Expert
- Strong proficiency in English
