- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Government Call Centre environment.
Senior Consultant – Contact Centre (Governance)
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Contact Centre operations. Experience working on State or Central Government projects will be an added advantage
